These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of morrflow.com and related Morrflow websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”) operated by Morrflow (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Please read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. About Morrflow

Morrflow is a curated library of mobile, web, and telco UI patterns from African companies. The Platform helps designers and product teams find design inspiration and references. Content on the Platform is updated from time to time. Morrflow is currently offered in beta; features may change.

2. Eligibility and accounts

1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. When you register, you must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
3. Do not share your account credentials. One person per account — account sharing is not permitted and may result in suspension.
4. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

1. Copy, scrape, mirror, bulk-download, or redistribute Platform content without our prior written consent.
2. Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to access the Platform except as allowed below.
3. Bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures.
4. Reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our software or materials except as permitted by law.
5. Use the Platform to harass others, distribute unlawful content, send spam, or violate applicable laws.
6. Use Platform content to build a competing product or standalone content repository.
7. Use automated tools (including AI or machine learning) to train models on Platform content without our written consent.
8. Introduce malware or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

Search engines and researchers: You may index public pages only if you use a descriptive user agent, respect robots.txt, do not harm site performance, and include contact information in your user agent or website.

4. Subscriptions and access

Free and paid plans may offer different levels of access to the library. A paid subscription gives you the right to browse, search, and use Morrflow for personal or internal business reference in accordance with these Terms. It does not grant you ownership of, or a license to redistribute, third-party screenshots or interfaces shown on the Platform.

We may change access levels, features, pricing, or availability at any time. If we introduce or change paid plans, we will update these Terms and provide notice before they apply to you.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. Morrflow’s rights

The Platform, its design, software, and curated materials are owned by Morrflow or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal or internal business reference in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute Platform content or third-party Materials.

5.2. Third-party materials

The Platform displays screenshots, flows, and related materials from third-party apps and websites (“Materials”). Morrflow does not claim ownership of third-party brands, interfaces, or trademarks shown in the Materials. Materials are presented for inspiration and reference.

5.3. Your submissions

When you submit feedback, content requests, or other information through the Platform, you grant Morrflow a non-exclusive license to use that information to operate, improve, and respond to your submission. You represent that your submission does not violate any third party’s rights.

6. Disclaimers

The Platform and Materials are provided “as is” for reference and inspiration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morrflow disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morrflow and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100). If you have not paid us, (b) applies.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Morrflow against claims arising from your misuse of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

9. External links

The Platform may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Platform at any time. We will post changes on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
