Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Morrflow (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use morrflow.com and related services (the “Platform”).

• Profile information you choose to add in settings
• Feedback, content requests, and other messages you submit through the Platform

Information collected automatically

• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, referring URLs)

• Usage and analytics data (features used, interactions, performance errors)
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9)

We do not intentionally collect payment card details today. If we introduce paid plans later, we will update this policy.

• Provide and maintain the Platform, including library access and search
• Authenticate you and manage your account

• Understand usage and improve performance, design, and content
• Send service-related communications (such as security or policy updates)

Our current providers include services such as Clerk (authentication), Vercel (hosting), Contentful (content), and PostHog (analytics). We require providers to handle data only for our instructions and appropriate safeguards.

4. International transfers

We and our providers may process data in the United States, Singapore, the European Union, and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security, and backup purposes. You may request deletion of your account; we will delete or anonymize personal information within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

• Account settings: Update profile details in your Morrflow settings where available.
• Marketing: If we send promotional emails, you may unsubscribe using the link in the message or contact us.
• Requests: Email support@morrflow.com to exercise your rights. We may need to verify your identity.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

7. Children

The Platform is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.
